By working with the Junior League of Albany, Spectrum was able to make a difference
Spectrum’s donation of $2,500 to the Junior League of Albany funded the purchase of local grocery gift cards for over 60 families in Albany. Many families served at A Child’s Place at Unity House’s Albany location benefitted from this great gift.
The Junior League of Albany has partnered with A Child’s Place to offer multicultural experiences that enhance learning for all children while celebrating diversity among children and families. The group works to help women and children, an area of focus that became even more relevant during the pandemic. The contribution by Spectrum was a valuable component to work and service by the Junior League of Albany that stretched out over months. This donation came at a critical time for families and was a gift very much appreciated as food insecurity affects many.
“Spectrum is proud to lend support to organizations, like Junior League of Albany, and the important work they do in communities,” said Camille Joseph, Group Vice President, State Government Affairs for Charter Communications. “Together, we’re building stronger communities where our customers and employees live and work across America.”
