Staff and friends from Unity House’s Unity Sunshine Program will be walking with Joseph’s House & Shelter at their annual Winter Walk. The Walk is a family-friendly affair meant to raise awareness of the issue of homelessness. It’s held on a cold day to serve as a reminder of some of the struggles people who are homeless face.  The Winter Walk starts at the Hill St. Inn at 202 4th Street at 2pm and runs until 4pm.  The afternoon will feature music, live animals and a walk through the streets of Troy, ending with an Italian Posada (party) with hot soup and more music.
