The Unity Sunshine Program has openings for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. The program has three locations to choose from:
- 435 Fourth Street in South Troy
- 21 First Street in downtown Troy
- 51 Phillip Street in downtown Albany
Unity Sunshine is the program of Unity House that came out of addressing the needs of children with developmental delays. Over time, the program came to include care and education for typically developing children as well. Children of all levels of development benefit from integrated classrooms and play spaces.
Today, Unity House’s Unity Sunshine Program offers daycare and preschool, with special education and therapeutic services for those who need them. The program offers child care, early intervention, preschool special education, and Troy and Albany school district Universal Pre-Kindergarten
The program is noted for its:

The program is regulated by The Office of Children and Family Services, the State Education Department and Early Intervention.
