Are you famililar with the Empty Bowls Project? An empty bowl, handcrafted by potters, meant to illustrate that people go to bed hungry every night.

The Collar City Clay Guild, with the help of local sponsors, will host at the Italian Community Center this annual event. You buy a ticket, get a handcrafted bowl that is then filled with delicious food. You get to take the bowl home and you get a warm feeling inside knowing you supported your local food pantries, Unity House among them.
