SUNY Albany Students Learn By Giving

Students enrolled in SUNYA’s Private Philanthropy, Public Problems and Power class learned a lot in their semester with Dr. Susan Appe.

The class researched philanthropy and focused on local issues and causes, ultimately donating $10,000 to Unity House, as part of the Learning by Giving model that the class is based on. You can learn more about the class and the work of the students here.
